The F4 British Championship certified by FIA – powered by Ford EcoBoost is delighted to confirm its provisional calendar for the 2021 season.
Britain’s FIA Formula 4 series looks set to once again play a starring role as the sole single-seater support category on the UK’s premier motorsport package, the British Touring Car Championship. A packed schedule of 30 races across 10 events will begin at Brands Hatch (Indy) on April 03-04, with the season set to conclude back in Kent on the iconic GP loop on October 09-10.
As in 2019, Thruxton will host a double-header of events – in May and August respectively – whilst Donington Park, Oulton Park, Croft, Snetterton and Knockhill retain their spots on the schedule. Silverstone – home of the British Grand Prix – will therefore return to just hosting a single event, with the penultimate round of the year set to be held on the National circuit.
The full 2021 calendar is as follows:

Returning to the BTCC package will once again mean Ford’s rising stars feature on the biggest stage in Britain, racing in front of capacity trackside crowds and live in the UK on ITV4.
They will also continue to battle it out for valuable FIA Super License points as they look to emulate the series’ graduates currently racing in Formula 1, 2 and 3, IndyCar, sportscars – the list goes on!
“I’m delighted to see the TOCA calendar announced so early, which is sure to help teams and drivers to plan for 2021 with confidence,” commented Championship Promoter, Sam Roach. “It’s certainly unusual to be unveiling the calendar for a season before the previous one has even begun, but we’re very grateful to TOCA, ITV and the circuits for their hard work putting the schedule together, and to provide us with a clear plan in the months ahead. I’m pleased that British F4 will continue to offer the best value-for-money package at this level of the sport, with plenty of track time – three races, qualifying and pre-event testing – for our next generation of rising stars as they look to begin their motorsport journey. Now we’ve got the dates for 2021 provisionally confirmed, I personally can’t wait to settle down for what promises to be another thrilling season in British F4 this year.”
