Pizzi, Fornaroli, Rosso and Minì shared the first four positions in qualifying 1, with the Van Amersfoort Racing driver claiming his first pole, and the Iron Lynx driver putting in a stand out performance.

In Qualifying 2 Andrea Rosso (Cram Motorsport) was exceptional, in fact extraordinary at his peak, getting ahead of championship leader Gabriele Minì and Pizzi. Behind these three was an impressive Filip Ugran.

The best second absolute times saw Minì first as expected, ahead of a new fast Fornaroli, a constantly improving Delli Guanti and Rosso.
