2016 Spanish F4 Calendar Announced

After the announcement in 2015 that Koiranen GP would run the new F4 Spanish Championship certified by FIA, the 2016 guidelines are now available on http://www.f4spain.com.

The series will take its teams and drivers to all of the major circuits on the Iberian peninsula, starting in Navarra in May, the travelling to Motorland in June, Estoril in July, Jerez and Valencia in September, with Barcelona and Jarama closing the 2016 season in October.

“With an entry fee of €15,000 per car, including all 8 events, 6 official test days and additional services, we have done everything we could to keep costs affordable and we welcome as many teams and drivers as possible. The fact that we are using the same Tatuus/Abarth car as other FIA F4 series is enabling foreign teams who are already entering other F4 series to maximize the use of their existing equipment. We can’t wait to start the season, and see how the audience responds to this new fantastic event,” said Alexandra Consani, Koiranen GP’s Executive Director.

Along with the SMP F4 NEZ Championship certified by FIA, Koiranen GP is now offering the motorsport world a new show, continuing to share their expertise in developing young drivers.
