SMP Racing Announces its 2017 Line-Up for SMP F4 NEZ

SMP Racing, partner of the SMP F4 NEZ Championship has selected its drivers for the third season of the North European Zone championship certified by FIA.

With Russian drivers constantly in top 3, as Vladimir Atoev and Nerses Isaakyan in 2015 or Alexander Vartanyan in 2016, the Russian Junior Program is nurturing talents since karting to bring them to the top of motorsport categories.

This season, seven drivers will join the 2017 SMP F4 NEZ Championship, with two drivers already familiar with the Series, Nikita Volegov and Vladimir Tziortzis. The Russian line-up will be commpleted with Alexander Smolyar, Ivan Berets, Mickael Belov, Abdullayev Gulhuseyn and a female driver, Milen Ponomarenko.

The seven Russians have been testing with the Championship this winter, and participated in the Official Testdays held in Parnu last week.

Nikita Volegov and Vladimir Tziortzis will fight for the title, but will also have to defend from the newcomers eager of success and podiums.

The 2017 SMP F4 NEZ Championship certified by FIA grid is now complete, the 20 drivers will show their skills on the first round of the season on 19-20 May at Sochi Autodrom.
